I found these 110 designer rss feeds and I am still going through these but I have found some nice sites. Now in no way are all these going to be useful for each person. But I am sure there are some that might be new and useful to someone.
Benedict Radcliff created a full scale wireframe Lamborghini Countach out of 10 mm steel tubing welded together. There is a good detail in the wireframes with even text represented in the tubing. As you can tell the artist is a car lover and you can read more from the artist clicking on the Jalopnik link below.
It seems mother nature is so beautiful she can’t help it even when she is involved in an accident. Here we see leaves that have fallen into a fresh paved street and have been impregnated into the coating. I think it would be nice to allow this to happen to an entire suburban street. I could see the street becoming known for it.
A great commercial for Nokia of Bruce Lee playing ping pong with nunchucks. I have no idea why this wouldn’t be effective in the US. I hope Nokia uses this commercial for their next product release in America. Would it make a bunch of sense to Americans, not really but the cool factor should be enough to create buzz.
To raise awareness of global warming, ad agency Ogilvy & Mather added an ariel view of a city at the bottom of a pool. The obvious effect is a city underwater which comes off very well and makes a pool that must be a trip to swim in.
Another great tilt shift video this time of a monster truck event. There are a couple of angles in the video that are so good it looks exactly like a stop animation of little trucks and cars.
Nokia has developed a site which allows users to create their own Nokia artistic cellphone cover using simple drawing tools, already created designs, or uploaded images. As Mashable states Nike has their own type of service to do shoes and I think we can expect competitors will have to offer the same or better if these sites are found successful.
